Knowledgeable Lawyer and Effective Communicator

I was ticketed on the Taconic while moving to Virginia. Needless to say, I did not want to make the trip back up to NY to fight the charges! Joe represented me in court and succeeded in getting my charges and fine reduced. He communicated effectively throughout the process, which I appreciated greatly as I dealt with settling in to a new city.
